Pregnancy yoga

Yoga is great for increasing flexibility, developing strength, stamina, breathing, relaxation and mental awareness. All of these will help you throughout your pregnancy and into your labour, birth and postnatally.

It is advised to wait until you are 16 weeks pregnant before starting the class.

This is a pre-book block of 6 classes
Cost: £48.00. You can come for a trial session for £8.00
