The way I structure my classes incorporates pranayama 'breathing' deep stretching before moving into Asana 'posture' and always ends with a spoken relaxation.

My teaching is always changing as I develop as a student of Yoga too!

I like to incorporate a mix of styles within my classes helping to strengthen your body whilst stretching and creating a perfect balance of strength and flexibillity which aids relaxation.
